A lovely demonstration of kindness and compassion.

This is a testimonial of how Lesa helped me with a family member which is a testimony of her character. My brother, who is not well, was the regrettable victim of online fraud by a "woman" he met online from the Philippines. After sending thousands of dollars to her, he even went as far as booking a plane ticket to go see her in person. Once he realized he was being taken advantage of, he decided to cancel his trip, however we didn't know how to get his refund or where to turn. So I immediately called Lesa, the only person I knew who could help direct me. She actually took the time out of her busy day to pull over into a parking lot, listen to my concerns, offer a helpful solution, as well as pro-bono offered to help look for other solutions. While it may not sound like much, this was a lovely demonstration of kindness and compassion, which goes to show you what kind of person Lesa is. Thanks Lesa!
